We have been working with Erin for several years now and she always finds our group a wonderful place to stay for Blues and Brews. The Riverside Condo D203 was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We really liked the large kitchen area as we like to cook one nice dinner prior to the festival and breakfast each morning.
We loved being right beside Bear Creek trail and close to the park.
Exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, beautiful views. Met all of our needs and them some! Would definitely return.

I already put a review on VRBO for you. This is one of the best rentals we've had in terms of supplies and the amount of dishes / kitchen supplies. We really appreciated how clean the unit was and how well set up for our arrival - even having a note on the door so that we knew we were in the right place was nice. You all definitely have a flair for making guests feel welcome. My only comment is that the pillows in the main bedroom were not very comfortable for us - but that is a preference thing and hard to make everyone happy! Thanks again for a great stay.

We loved our little getaway at the Riverside condo in Telluride. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I loved my morning coffee view of the mountains from the balcony. The trail to little Hawaii falls was right outside and a walking distance to great restaurants and shops! We would highly recommend staying here.
Excellent location, right at the base of the Bear Creek Falls trail head, along the river, 2 blocks from a great park, and 1 block from shops and restaurants. Great condo with vaulted ceilings, balcony, open floor plan, and 2 full bedrooms/bathrooms. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend and return to unit D203!
Our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed and was super close to all restaurants, shops, and gondola. Beds were comfortable as well as other furnishings. Check in/out was a breeze. In the back bedroom one of the screens in the window is damaged and needs a new one so that bugs can’t come in.

The condo was perfectly located next to the river and close to the Gondola. The space was light and open. The linens and pillows were above average. We did not cook but we had all we needed to make coffee and tea. It was nice that the owners had plenty of games for a family night inside. There were a lot of stairs outside the property for access to the property requiring struggle to lift luggage, ski equipment and navigate with a hurt knee. All and all I would definitely return to this property.
Picturesque location a few short blocks from the Gondola, restaurants and shops. This condo has a good layout and generously sized rooms. The master bedroom mattress is very comfortable and the outdoor parking convenient.
Everything was wonderful from booking our reservation, contacts with the office, to the actual stay. The unit had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. A very complete kitchen, comfy furniture and plenty of space for 2 couples. We would rent this unit again!

WE had a great time. The location is amazing (walking distance to restaurants, stores, trailheads, and a river), and the condo is roomy and comfortable. We found a small leak in the roof, which didn't affect our enjoyment of the condo, and the property managers were quick take care of it. We would definitely stay again.

Great condo. Very clean and perfect location. Only wish they had recycling for those condos. Otherwise perfect place and hope to return.
The unit was clean and decorated nicely. The staff was timely, courteous and accommodating. The use of ski locker would have been nice, however it was full of owners skis.
