The Bear Creek Trail is literally out your door, the Town of Telluride Park is a short walk along the San Miguel River Trail, Main Street is two blocks to the north, and the Gondola/Lift 8 base area is a short walk to the west.
The condo is all on one level, with the great room facing Ajax s jaw-dropping views and the Telluride Valley s end to the east. The kitchen has updated stainless appliances. There is plenty of room for the whole family to gather in the main living room. The fireplace adds a nice touch of coziness. The master suite has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The complex has a hot tub along the San Miguel River. This is the perfect setting for your Telluride vacation!

More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.
Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.

Our Riverside unit was quite comfortable, well appointed and convenient to the many aspects of Telluride. Kelsy Colvin provided us excellent assistance in correcting a minor problem with our television's IT connection. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a beautiful autumn time in Telluride.

Nice accommodations. Had one question, called Accommodations in Telluride owner, and she was very helpful. Only comments: one lightbulb was burned out, thermostat in second bathroom didn’t work, would have been nice to have had some sugar packets for coffee. Thanks for the stay!

Everything worked and the unit was well located for our needs. Unit does show some signs of normal wear and tear; understandable after a long summer of use. Carpet was stained and worn in places, slider to patio doesn't close completely without lifting into place. Couch not especially comfortable to sit on. TV was challenging to figure out, instructions in unit were lacking in detail. But overall the unit is well stocked in both bathrooms and kitchen. We particularly appreciated the spices and other kitchen supplies. We weren't short on anything. Management from Accommodations in Telluride does an excellent job.

Great little condo with ski in/out and very good walkability. Had lots of linens and anything you would need to feed a crowd. A few improvements... the pillows were very flat and we wished we had brought our own. The heat was a bit all over the place and we did not sleep as well as we could have as the unit was either too hot or too cold, the thermostat did not seem to be accurate. I suspect this is an issue that comes with the baseboard heating so not sure that can be fixed. The hot tub was just kind of warm, and others staying in the complex had the same opinion. I'm being picky here though and overall a great value and a great trip, we would be back! The welcome bag of goodies was appreciated!

Just steps away from trails, the river walk, the town park, shops and restaurants with the bonus of spectacular views. We stayed in Telluride for many years, and the Riverside Condos are among the best in our experience.

First of all, Erin is a fantastic person who helped me coordinate my plans. Thank you. The location and comfort of the condo was great. I have no complaints and would like to buy the condo if the owner would consider selling it. Constructive ideas are refreshing the furnishings and decor AND upgrading WIFI/Internet speed.

Our stay was easy, comfortable and very convenient location to everything. The unit was VERY clean and had all of the things we needed. Quick 5 minute walk to the gondola and many of the main restaurants in the town of Telluride. Parking was easy as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Lovely 2 bed/2 bath condo that is easily walkable to town and sits at the head of Bear Creek Trail. Clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The best part is the beautiful view from the balcony overlooking Beaver Lake and the surrounding mountains. Good communication with the rental agency when needed!

The condo was great. It was well equipped and the location was perfect. You can't beat that view. The only reason I didn't classify it as Excellent was because it was a little dated and the furnishings could use an update. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Great condo! Beautiful view! We enjoyed being close to town but the location made you feel like you were in the country. Close to trails and we loved watching the birds on Beaver Pond. The unit was comfortable however could use some dusting of cobwebs around fireplace. Well stocked kitchen and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It was well appointed and the views out the back deck were gorgeous. The project was close to town and about a city block from the gondola, all while being quiet because it is on the edge of the developed area.

Overall a very nice place and great location. Would definitely return. The place is a little dated and the internet is a little spotty. The master bathtub is a little dangerous when you step in the first time given you step into an uneven surface. Might want to warn people about that. These are relatively small negatives considering the overall positive experience.

We recently stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time. The location is great - walking distance to downtown and trails. Kitchen is the best stocked we've ever stayed in. Would certainly stay here again.

The views and location were awesome! The condo beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and utensils. The heater left the condo warm except the front bedroom was always freezing. The dryer door was extremely hard to open. These were only minor distractions. We had a great time.

Place and location were great for a larger group to spend time together (we were 7 friends who are scattered across the U.S.). Common area ceilings were higher than they seemed in the photos, and the views were great. Kitchen was well equipped, and BR's and BA's were also great. Only downsides were that (1) the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, so the couple who was going to take that ended up sleeping on the sectional couch without pulling out the sofa bed, and (2) the condo only comes with one parking pass, but the Accommodations in Telluride team was able to get us a street parking pass and we left our other car ~2 blocks away which worked great for us - thanks again.
