This condo was clean, well appointed and an easy walk to lift #5 Coonskin. We stayed a week and hated to leave. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. I felt like we were staying in someone’s home, not a vacation rental.
Everything was great. Close to the lift. Clean. Spacious Kitchen.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was very spacious for our family. We loved the location right on next to the river walk, making it easy to walk to town and the gondola. It was well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. If we had one critique, it is the furnishings are starting to look a bit worn. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
Accommodations in Telluride are always so communicative and responsive! The condo was clean, well-stocked kitchen, and perfect for our Bluegrass crew. Will stay again!
Lulu City 4C was a fantastic home base for our family ski trip. We are a family of 5 and enjoyed the unit immensely. There was plenty of room, and all of the amenities we could need. Telluride is dry, and my son gets nosebleeds, so humidifiers in the bedrooms were hugely appreciated. Also, the kitchen was extremely well outfitted, and we cooked many of our meals. The views and the location are terrific, as the walk to lift 7 is about 3 minutes. Getting downtown is easy as well. The bus stops almost directly in front of the building, and I was able to walk home from Brown Dog Pizza in 12 minutes while carrying 2 large pizzas on slippery sidewalks. I would definitely rent this unit again in the future. Also, Sara at Accommodations in Telluride was extremely helpful. This is the 2nd year in a row I have worked with her and she is outstanding.
Great stay at Lulu City! Large and spacious with all kinds of amenities and lots of supplies in case you like to cook. Well situated and located near the school, which was great for my conference. Would definitely stay at Lulu city the next time we're in Telluride!
Wonderful accommodations and location by the river in Telluride. Very comfortable and clean.
This unit was spacious and roomy enough for 6 adults. Kitchen is well stocked which is super for cooks. Quick 5 min walk to Chair 7 for easy access to the mountain.
The condo was very cozy and clean. Check in and out was very convenient. Would rent this condo again in the future.
Lulu 4c was perfect for our needs. We loved the location with it being a short walk to chair 7 and the shuttle stop being right across the road. The unit was very comfortable and had plenty of room, with all of the needed amenities. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Condo.Location to Coonskin lift a bonus and the free Bus a 100 yds over the road.Not that you need It as It is a short walk into Town.Service company excellent.Highly recommended
Lulu City 4C is better than advertised. The sleeper sofa has its own room with a sliding glass door. This is not explained in online. The condo has plenty of sheets and blankets, family games and a great location.
Lulu 4C is great little place to stay in Telluride. Close to a shuttle stop, near the river and walking distance to everything. Unit had everything we needed for a family of 5. When we go back to Telluride we will definitely consider Lulu 4c.
Great location, views. Super comfy layout. Unit could use better pantry space. Barely one cabinet for dry goods.

What an amazing little condo in a perfect spot! We were gutted we didn't stay here longer! Everything was perfect, from the bed, to the towels and especially kitchen appliances and utensils! It really did feel like a home away from home! I can't fault it! Def recommend to other people!!
This property has an excellent location and is an easy 5-10 minute walk to everything in Telluride. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. The amenities can't be beat...free covered parking, wifi & printer, large flat screen TV, x-box, games, hot-tub, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and they even provide a bag of locally roasted coffee upon arrival. Check-in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend for families or a group of friends.
We have stayed in multiple locations in town over the past 10 years and the condo in lulu city was one of our favorites. We hope to be back soon.
My friends and I enjoyed a lovely stay in Lulu City 4C! It had everything you needed and then some! Comfortable beds, awesome double-headed shower in the guest bath and every single kitchen tool you could think of x 2! (Really -- the kitchen had so many spices, cutting boards, glasses, it was luxurious). We loved the beautiful walk down to the festival next to the creek and Accommodations in Telluride made the whole thing lovely despite an awful booking disaster with Summit. Once Accommodations took over, it was excellent and very nice working with them!

Our group had another great stay at the Lulu City location. This was our second year in a row to rent the unit while attending the film fest. It's a wonderful location, with easy access by foot to most theater venues - and to the grocery store, too. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, with quite nice amenities. We hope to be back next year!
My wife and I... were overwhelmed with the fantastic service and attitude of your people, and we plan to return to Telluride next year, and stay at one or your great places...
