We didn't know Siesta Key, the apartment is perfect, and it was sparkling clean (something we noticed a lot). Matt Sr is permanently available to resolve any concerns, he is super friendly and the details make you feel really good and comfortable, we traveled for my daughter's birthday, and when we arrived at the apartment there was a note and a cake dedicated to her birthday in the refrigerator; these are details of the kind of good person that make you feel that you are in the right place. The apartment is super spacious (the photos don't do it justice), clean and fully equipped, the complex is super complete and across the street is the beach and around the corner there is a minimarket and restaurants, and a large supermarket 2 km away, the place is amazing and the right one to go to Siesta Key. Really recommended 1000%. If I ever come back, I would return to this apartment, but mainly the one managed by Matt. Thank you Matt for making an incredible vacation!!!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was awesome! Highly recommend staying here versus closer to the village. The access to the beach was just a few steps away and the beach was not crowded. We checked out siesta key beach one day and lasted less than 30 minutes- hardly any room on the beach or in the water. Crescent beach is sooooo much better The property manager was super responsive and answered my questions immediately. Any concern I had he responded right away. Also be aware the gym is super tiny and the pool closes at dusk. This was disappointing as we chose a place with a pool because night swims are fun after a day at the beach. But other than that the furnishings are nice, plenty of towels, kitchen seemed stocked (although we only used the fridge), and beds were comfortable. Don't hesitate to stay here!!!

We loved this location and will definitely return. Management was kind, helpful and friendly! The condo was clean and well-equipped. We were very comfortable and the short walk to the beach was so nice. The pool was wonderful and such a treat after time on the beach. We never drove, we either just walked to eat/drink or hopped the free ride into the Siesta Village. Absolutely recommend!
