This home s clean lines and well-chosen pieces have been selected with the minimalist in mind. There is nothing to distract from the luxuries offered in this Telluride vacation rental. The great room is spacious and airy, with a living room, dining room, and kitchen that all flow easily together. Sleek white cabinetry blends seamlessly in the environment, creating a cohesive feel throughout the great room. Relax on the plush sofa in front of the flickering fireplace or enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV that hangs above.

The kitchen has plenty of space, where a generously sized island and dining table with a combination of bench and chair seating await. In the morning, pull up a stool to the island to enjoy a hot cup of coffee or plan to gather everyone around the table for a hearty family meal. Stainless steel appliances and ample counter space make meal prep easy.

Slip away in the evening to your private master suite, where a good night s sleep awaits. The beds in this home are draped with fine linens and offer ample storage space for stowing away luggage and gear. Take a relaxing soak in the generously sized spa-like soaking tub, which is especially soothing after a day out on the slopes. Just outside and down the hall, the main bedroom suite is another bonus sleeping area (queen sofa sleeper) with an amazing view of the waterfall at the end of the Telluride Valley. Enjoy plenty of privacy in the main suite of this home, which is located on the third level, while the other two bedrooms are situated on the ground-level entry floor. One bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the other guest bedroom features a queen and twin bed with an ensuite bathroom. The ground-level living area has a queen sofa sleeper as well. The hot tub shown is the owner s personal jetted swim spa, which can be rented for an additional fee.

• Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
• Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
