Description
This one-bedroom + loft, 1.5-bath ski-in/ski-out condo is in the heart of Mountain Village, literally steps from the Gondola that takes you straight into downtown Telluride. You re in the middle of everything, and it doesn t get better than this.
Inside, it s all been completely renovated with serious style. Think sleek granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and cozy, mountain-modern vibes throughout. The master suite has a dreamy mountain-modern vibe. The living space is warm, welcoming, and decked out with a top-tier flat screen.
Slide open the door to your private deck and fire up the grill. It overlooks the Misty Maiden ski run, making it the perfect apr s-ski setup with a worthy view.
On the main level, you ll find the kitchen, living, and dining areas, plus a convenient powder room. Head upstairs to find a queen bedroom, a lofted chill zone with two queen beds and a TV, and a full bath.
Ski lockers are right outside the unit, so your gear is always ready to roll. The condo has a dedicated parking space at the Dakota Building. No worries. We will show you the easiest way to get from there to the condo.

Accommodations in Telluride Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.
- Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
- Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.
- Trip cancellation insurance: an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.

For a ski in/ ski out vacation this location can't be beat. Literally right across from Lift 4. On the trails at 9am, back at the condo for lunch. Back on the slopes again. But the downside is that the snowcats are right outside your window grooming the ski trails ALL NIGHT long. My wife and I averaged about 4 hours a sleep a night. And the pizza place right below the condo makes it impossible to open a window. The smell is strong with the windows closed. With them open it's crushing. Pros and cons...

We really enjoyed our stay at Telluride. The condo could not have been more convenient to skiing, meals etc. we would be interested in coming back as a family and looking for a larger property to accommodate a bigger group next winter/spring.

Pros-
The location was fantastic 20 steps from the condo and your ready to step in to your skis or strap into your board and begin riding.
The Kitchen and Condo were the best stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in.
Cons
There is no close by parking or loading zone. So when ariving and leaving it's a bit of a hike with all of your stuff.
The condo can sleep 6 we had 4 and it was a tight fit. It could use an extra chair or love seat in the living room for down time relaxation but I don't think one would fit.
Lots of stairs
Overall great place to stay and we will try and book it again next year.

Having never been to Telluride Mountain Village we found the place a little difficult to locate, but the locals were very friendly and helped us out. The unit had a lot of steps but the beds were very comfortable. It is centrally located in Mountain Village and close to the shops, restaurants and gondolas. The kitchen, TV and wifi were all functional. We enjoyed the stay for the car show.

Great condo - very clean and nice. It was a little hard to find initially and not having free parking isn't ideal. The reps I talked with were very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Columbia Place #8 far exceeded expectations for our family's Telluride vacation. The location is PERFECT! It is steps away from day care/ski school so we could get the kids settled in before our day of snowboarding. Two gondolas are also steps away: one going to the grocery store and one going to Telluride. Apres Ski opportunities are right below the condo, but calm down well before it's time to go to bed. Finally, you wake up looking at Lift 4 and the conditions for the day's skiing.
Inside, the set up was great for our family of two small boys. Although they have to say it is only a 1 bedroom, the condo has a nice loft with a futon for our boys. The kitchen had everything we needed, including baking ware that allowed us to make a birthday cake with a few items from the grocery store! The owners definitely did not skimp in appointing the kitchen.
Overall this was a great place to spend a week with the family. We had extended family staying at the Peaks and they ended up spending most of their down time at our pad and admitted they wished they had gone with a similar condo setup. Many thanks to the owners for maintaining it so well and keeping it nicely appointed. We will try to come rent it out for a future family vacation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The apartment itself was very nice and well equipped. The location was excellent and allowed for easy breaks in the middle of the skiing day.

This condo was in comfortable and extremely convenient to lift 4. Our kids, ages 7 and 9, went to ski school everyday which started only 100 feet from this condo. We could see from the window if they were coming in for the day. The village itself is small so great dinning and shopping are all just a few steps away. There is no need for a car at all. The gondola to Telluride is about 150 feet away.
The condo was very clean, nicely updated and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family and the convenience was a great feature.

Very helpful in arranging accommodations throughout the process. I was particularly impressed that they went above and beyond by supplying their renters with a turkey for the Thanksgiving holiday. We would absolutely consider making arrangements in the future. Thank you for everything!

Awesome condo close to Gondola and parking. We were able to park at the base of the Mountain Village for free during the Blues & Brews Festival and then gondola back to the condo. Jetted tub was amazing... Overall, we had an Awesome time and really enjoyed the stay

This condo is very efficient. Updated kitchen is well designed and an easy space to work in while preparing food. Living area is small but comfortable. The bedroom upstairs is great as well as the loft area with the futon in it....I used as my walk-in closet while my husband used the bedroom closet. The upstairs bath is nicely redone with a great shower. Downstairs half bath is very cute and its great to have a half bath on that floor so you don't have to run upstairs to the bathroom all of the time. Washer/dryer right down the hall was very accessible. Only thing we missed was having a fireplace. Location in the village is perfect!
