Spiral Stairs features a fully equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a King, a private second bedroom with a King and en suite bathroom, and a Captain s bunk in the third bedroom. The master bedroom has a Smart TV for all your streaming needs, and there are brand new blue tooth speakers in each bedroom. Please note Spiral Stairs #4 is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
Easy access to Telluride s attractions and affordability make this a perfect choice for the budget-minded traveler. The Gondola and Lift 8 base is an easy flat block walk. Looking for a restaurant or want to shop in Town? Main Street is two short blocks from the condo. The living room has wonderful views of the end of the box canyon, and the unit has an eclectic ambiance. The condo has cable tv, a coin-operated laundry room in the building, and covered parking. - More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.
- Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.
- Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.

Just a great place with all the amenities you would ever need. The folks at Accommodations in Telluride were always there and available to answer any questions to insure our stay was Best In Class.

I recently stayed at this vacation rental with five friends, and we had a great experience. The property was clean and well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The location in Telluride was perfect—within walking distance of most of the town’s attractions, making it super convenient. We noticed a few broken items during our stay and brought them to management’s attention. They acknowledged our concerns and were responsive via text message, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would book here again!

This was a great place to stay for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was well stocked. The location was the BEST, easy walking distance to anywhere in Telluride. Once we parked our car, we never used it again until we left! Thank you!!!

This condo is in the best location! The kitchen is very well stocked with supplies and there is storage for your ski gear on the first floor. The he welcome basket was a nice addition. There is a coin operated laundry machine on the same floor. The condo is clean and new. The shared space is small for a group for 6 and people have to sit at the dining room table to watch the TV as not enough seats in the living room. However there are beautiful views from TV room.

We knew we wanted to stay in town close to the gondola station and town park, and to do so we needed to book a pretty small condo, however it was surprisingly large for the square footage and we never felt cramped. The kitchen had all the utensils/cookware we needed, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. If you are looking for a place to use as a launch pad to seeing all Telluride has to offer, and you want to bring your furry friend(s) with you, this is hard to beat.

This unit was in a perfect location with a spectacular view out the living room window. The unit was cozy yet had plenty of space for a group. The kitchen supplies were plentiful and everything was very clean.

Spiral Stairs is a great location - block away from the gondola and two blocks from down town, cannot get much better than that. The apartment is nicely set up with had great views of the canyon.

The location was perfect! Not too far from the gondola and restaurants. We enjoyed the ski locker and there was plenty of room for 6 girls. It takes a little while for the hot water to return after a shower, and that’s my only complaint!

We had an excellent stay at spiral stairs during ski season. The location first of all can’t be beat. Steps away from the gondola (with convenient ski lockers on the ground floor of the unit), amd steps away from everything the town has to offer. Great parking (that we were able to get our suburban into), too! The unit itself was well stocked with cooking supplies and Hugh end appliances. Perfect for our group of 4 (with one toddler). The staff were great too and responsive to our inquiries prior to arrival. Only thing to note is that there is no elevator so you will get a workout carrying your bags up the one flight of stairs, whicb was honestly not a major issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Thank you for the great stay! It was so convenient to the Gondola- which we needed to use several times a day- and the place was big enough for us all to stay and be comfortable. We really enjoyed our time! Super convenient for everything! The gift bag was put to good use and was such a lovely touch! **I would suggest you let your folks know about the fans being in the closets up front moving forward- once we found those it made a huge difference in our sleeping. The windows needed opened to cool off- but the noise is loud outside- so having the fans and closing the windows was the key! Again- thanks for a great stay and for letting us come back and shower until 11 after the race! We had a ball and will absolutely call you direct if ever in Telluride again. Beautiful!

The staff was very easy and fun to work with. We rent in Telluride once a year at Mushroom Festival and live in Norwood. We will definitely book direct with you next year if I keep the information together. There were a couple of loose screws, one on front door handle and one on cold water faucet in extra bathroom. From the moment that we booked Spiral Stairs #4 in Telluride, the experience with the property management company was first class. Navigating a property rental during Covid could have been a daunting experience for others, but it could have not been easier for us. All information was communicated clearly, and all of our questions were answered quickly. The condo was bright, airy, spacious, and fully furnished. We were 1/2 block away from the gondola, we were on the same street as some incredible restaurants, and the view out of our window were the mountains that you see on Coors Light commercial. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish, and I would absolutely recommend Spiral Stairs #4 as a perfect home from which to enjoy Telluride. Dan N

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Spiral Stairs #4. Wonderful location in town with easy access to the lifts, supermarket, Main Street. Very comfortable beds. Good layout and easy to use the condo. Good water pressure and temperature control. Wifi signal not sufficiently strong. This should be addressed. Kids we unable to easily attend Zoom school.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The condo was in a perfect location. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was outfitted exceptionally well. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and management responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The location was more than can be expected with such a short walk to the lift which was excellent for the one skier in the group. We had everything we needed 1/2 a block away or less. My only complaint would be parking or lack thereof which sound more like a Telluride problem than a condo problem. We had two cars and only one parking pass. Unfortunately my friends car was towed. Looks like you need to check on your car every day because parking areas change often according to snowfall. So basically those three day areas are not three day areas at all.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Telluride!! Spiral Stairs unit 4 was perfect for our family. It was clean & cozy with great light and views. The location is perfect being only a block from the bottom of the gondola and chair 8. The staff at Telluride Accommodations were incredibly helpful and accommodating!

A wonderful family vacation in comfort at Spiral Stairs 4. The condo was very clean with kitchen and bath supplies aplenty, and even a few extra treats. The location is amazing--within 2 or 3 blocks from the San Miguel River trail, groceries, the trailhead to Bear Creek Falls trail, the gondola, bike rentals, and all the charming restaurants and shops Telluride has to offer. The street noise was a little bothersome the first night of our stay (windows open) so we bought a fan which completely addressed the problem. We loved being able to bring our dogs who immediately took to the place. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation to enjoy our time together. Special thanks for the proactive communication from the friendly staff.

Spiral Stairs#4 was a comfortable, clean and conveniently-located unit for participating in 4th of July activities. The owners have done a nice job of making the making the most out of the available space. Kitchen was well-appointed and the family room/eating area worked for our group.
