Description
This bright and spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is recently remodeled in downtown Telluride just a few minutes walk from the Gondola Plaza. The master has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two twins, which can be converted to a king. There are two full baths. The great room features wonderful Telluride and the San Sophia Range views, cathedral ceilings, custom artwork, a gas fireplace, and a beautiful deck overlooking the San Miguel River.
The kitchen, which is on the upper level, has custom granite counters and high-end appliances; a veritable cook s dream! The Riverside Condos have lovely outdoor common hot tubs. Combine with Riverside B01 (Buena Vista), B103, D02, or D203 for larger gatherings of friends and family!

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:
The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.

We loved our time in this condo! The location is perfect - so close to the Gondola, steps to downtown, but quiet and set apart on a little river. The unit was great for our family of 4, plenty of room for everyone and a great porch to enjoy the view. The hot tub was nice, as was the ski locker and laundry in unit. It checked all the boxes for what we look for in a ski condo. Our boys even found a ski trail that made it basically 'ski in' for those who can handle blacks! There is a trail behind the unit that was great for snowshoeing. Check in/out was seamless and we will be back!

Booking and check in process was super smooth. Communication throughout was very good. Accommodations were as advertised with no surprises. Amazing location just blocks from the gondola, ski rentals, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Staying in telluride town is definitely the way to go!

Hi, Just wanted to take a quick moment to say thanks for the great stay. Other than the fireplace situation, everything was great, and we appreciated your efforts to take care of the fireplace during our stay. My only minor comment for area of improvement (and I make this comment because we also have a rental property and wouldn't always know these things unless someone told us) is that the pillows could use replacing. All of the pillows in the master bedroom were pretty lumpy and were also queen sized pillows. It's the small things that can make a big difference, but that would really be the only suggestion I have. Thank you again for the stay. We hope to be back in the future! Christina

We absolutely loved this property. The property management company was so great to work with and responded so quickly to any inquiry I had. The unit itself was perfect! My husband and I went with another couple and it worked out wonderfully. And the location can't be beat. Bear Creek Trail is our favorite hike in Telluride and it's literally out the parking lot of the condo. We were able to easily walk to all of our favorite spots in town and take the gondola to mountain village. The unit was clean and updated, and they even left us a welcome bag filled with treats and useful information. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at 203 Riverside. The location could not have been better and the views and sound of the creek from the balcony were so peaceful. The furnishings were all top notch and kitchen well equipped. We would definitely stay at this property again. The ease to Main Street and the gondola was so nice. And Bear Creek trail is literally out your front door. We all loved this condo and hated to leave. The only negative (which wasn’t necessarily an issue because we tried not to actually work while there) was the spotty internet. We were frequently kicked off the internet so it made it hard to do work or to log into our work systems. Had we needed to actually get work down, it would not have been possible. Thank you for having us!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Riverside is in the perfect location in Telluride. It’s a low traffic area yet with walking easy distance to the gondolas, Telluride market, shops and places to eat. The beautiful Bear Creek hiking trail that is rated one of Colorados top 5 trails is steps from your door. It’s literally a dream!

My friend and myself had a wonderful time staying in Riverside A203. It is a wonderful property with easy access to the mountain and the city itself. The hosts of the property where wonderful to work with and if we had questions they would answer our questions in a more than timely fashion, regardless of the day or time.

What a pleasant experience, from making the reservations to our stay. So friendly, helpful and casual. The condo was wonderfully located and accommodations were more than adequate. There was some construction inconvenience, but we were warned of it beforehand, and it turned out to not be an issue at all. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay!

A very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay here. Only one thing that we might note,is that the utensils and pots and pans were kind of lacking . Otherwise the accommodations were great with terrific views.

The Riverside condo development is conveniently located for walking to the Gondola/ski lifts, the city park and its recreational facilities, as well as the restaurants and shops of town. The condo is spacious and well appointed. It was clean and quiet. Televisions in the living room and bedrooms is a nice luxury. One bathroom has an oversized soaking tub and the other provides a steam bath. The onsite parking was more than adequate and allowed for us to leave our vehicle parked for the entire 12 day visit without having to move it. Accommodations in Telluride conscientiously took great care of our needs and questions. I highly recommend Telluride, this condo and AIT as providing one of the best destination resort experiences available in the US.

The condo offers everything we wanted for a great vacation: walking distance to the lifts, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings between the river and the mountain, spacious and beautiful rooms, stereo, and even a washer/dryer. Will certainly recommed it to our friends.

Absolutely beautiful property...perfect location. Only one request for the property...Just ONE non stick pan. And although the ski lift chair is cute...more pratical to have a table and some chairs. Bobbie in the office was AMAZING!! Hopefully we will see you again next year!! Thanks!!
