The condo was clean, and perfectly located, with a block to the gondola, a block from a grocery/convenience store, and two blocks from main street.
My husband and I had a great getaway weekend, and loved the condo. It was perfect for just the two of us (could sleep 2 additional guests downstairs but might get a bit cramped in the living room with 4 guests). Location is excellent, steps from the gondola to Mountain Village and downtown Telluride. But be aware that it requires stairs, outdoors as well as indoors. The outdoor stairs were very icy/slippery, but that's not the condo's fault ;-). We will certainly consider this condo again for our next trip to Telluride.
We loved staying at Manitou 101 for Telluride Blues and Brews. This space is perfect for two couples. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to prepare breakfast each morning. It’s great to have a parking pass so you can park when you arrive and walk everywhere you go. We hope to stay there again next year! Thanks, Erin for finding this condo for us!
Great location next to San Miguel river, walking trail, gondola, and town of Telluride. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for two week stay. Accomadations Telluride is great to work with. Planning to return next summer.
Love the space, views and access to lifts
Great place to stay, quiet, beautiful surroundings. Didn't use the car at all during our 8 day stay. This condo is close to everything, restaurants, grocery, downtown, walking and hiking trails, city park, gondola.
Loved the location and the view. The condo was exactly what we needed for a 5 night stay. Would stay here again for sure.
We had an excellent stay at this well-laid our condo. The location could not have been better! A 2 minute walk over to the base of the town gondola and lift from out front door. Very convenient. Walking to all the Telluride shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and as the photos showed. The stairs were steep but that was shared prior to our stay. Due our flights they allowed us to be flexible with the check in and out times. We would definitely stay again.
Loved the proximity to Colorado Ave and the gondola that Manitou offers. The place also had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would recommend it and would stay there again.

Location was great for skiing. Could end your final run and ski almost right to the door. View was great. You paid for the view by having to hike a few stairs, but it was worth it. Very short 3 to 4 blocks walk to shops and restaurants (we had to do takeout due to Covid restrictions). Unit was clean, had plenty of cookware. It was a little tight with a family of 5 with three teenagers, but doable.
Check in was easy. The lodge was lovely and in a great location. Any questions were answered quickly...will definitely come back to Telluride.
We had 4 adults and 2 boys ages 12 and 14 staying. It was perfect! We could walk to everything. We did not move our cars the entire time. There are steep stairs both in and outside the condo so would not work for anyone who can’t walk stairs. We had no problems with them. You also need to have a parking pass for all vehicles to park on street because no parking lot. You roll or carry bags across a bridge and down the river trail a short ways. We will definitely be back!
Very comfortable condo with lots of stairs, outside and in. We found everything we needed and the balcony had nice views, very pleasant. I would add a screen door to the patio for cool breezes on summer evenings without mosquitoes! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and very functional. The condo was perfect for our group of six. We loved the space, the views, and the location. It was perfect for skiing to the lift 8 and the gondola, walking just a block or two to town, and running mere steps to one of our favorite trails! We are definitely planning to stay here again next year.
We loved Manitou for our family meet-up of grandparents, parents and baby grandchild. The condo has a cozy living/dining space with great natural light and views. With bedrooms on separate floors we had plenty of quiet and privacy. The kitchen is very well outfitted and nicely stocked with basic supplies, but no need to cook much with excellent take-out options nearby. We really appreciated the clear and efficient communication with Accommodations Telluride and hope to return soon.

We loved this property. The location was fantastic, it was in town, but felt secluded as well. The condo had plenty of room and very comfortable. We would stay here again. Our dog loved it and so did we.
Truly enjoyed our stay at Manitou 101. Windows of gorgeous vistas abound. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable bright main living areas with great seating. The extra bonus of a piano keyboard in the heart of the condo was much appreciated. Bathrooms up and downstairs are of ample size, very clean and stocked well. Wish list would be for a more comfortable mattress for master bedroom. Difficult to have older twins placed together. Perhaps a topper would be the ticket. Also a bench or couple of chairs on the balcony...that gorgeous river shouldn't be short changed!
Fabulous condo in Telluride. Walking distance to gondola/lift and town. Close to bars and restaurants. Condo is very comfortable and spacious. It is a bit loud with all of the construction going on in town.
We stayed for Blues and Brews weekend and Manitou was a perfect location and accommodation for our group. The proximity to downtown, festival grounds, and gondola was great. Also being just across the river gave it a little more remote feel and not right in the hustle and bustle. Very relaxing location for our stay. We'll be back next time we're in Telluride.
Manitou 101 was perfect for two couples, and very well decorated with beautiful art, quality furniture and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The view from the deck and dining room is spectacular. Lots of stairs to the front door, but worth the hike!

Sara is a goddess. Location, location. Forget a car take the shuttle. Preknowledge of the steps is a nice touch but not really a big deal. I'd stay again and would work with you folks any day.
We loved all the major things about Manitou 101. The location was awesome and both bedrooms were Great!!

This was our second stay at this unit and we will probably stay here again. The condo is fully furnished with all the ammenities. We initially chose it because we could bring our dogs, and it was perfect for them. Great places to take them out and walk. Love the little warming stove! The hot tub is great, too, and towels provided! It isn't private, but each time we have met very nice people there. There is a deck, but unfortunately it isn't shoveled in the winter and all the furniture is buried under snow. The location could not be better. One block from skiing and one block from the grocery store, and a couple blocks from all the bars and restaurants on main street. Be ready for a lot of steps coming home! Easy to make the booking and we got into town a little late, and no problems getting in. Perfect place for us!
