Telluride Accommodations has always provided us with great support. They responded quickly to an issue with the condo during our stay. We like the location of the condo and it has an elevator which is important for guests with ADA needs.

Telluride may be the best ski town in America Everyone from Montrose Airport thru to return trip on shuttle friendly and NICE The unit was white glove clean when we arrived The people at Accommodation s wonderful to deal with I hurt my shoulder in a freak accident the second day skiing and it still was a joy to be in Tel Telluride

Conveniently located 3 short blocks from the Gondola, we loved our time at this rental! Well stocked, comfy beds, restaurants and bars all around us - it was wonderful! And the rental team was a joy to work with, making our stay absolutely perfect.

207 Fall Line is a lovely little apartment. Super cosy and homely with everything in it you needed. We stayed for a full month of skiing in January and it totally fit the bill. The location is excellent: close to the gondola, opposite the amazing library which the kids loved to chill out in after skiing and just off the main street shops and restaurants. And the supermarket is only 2 minutes away. The apartment even has a pretty view of the mountains. The communal hot tub, is in the centre of the apartment block so no view or privacy but is still a great asset after a hard day of skiing. Its not new or fancy but it felt like a home away from home.

The condo was great for our family of (5) and the location was perfect in relation to downtown Telluride. The inability to use the grill on the patio was disappointing because we planned to grill out several nights.

Fall Line condo #207 is in the PERFECT location in downtown Telluride. It's a short walk to shops, town park, restaurants and the gondola. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our 4 night stay (could have used some extra TP on hand as we ran out). Lots of towels, extra blankets, etc. The kitchen has all of the usual cooking utensils, coffee maker, dishes, etc. The balcony with a view of the mountain is a nice bonus. We slept 5 comfortably, using the two beds and pull out couch. It was nice to have one on-site parking spot + a parking permit for another vehicle on the street since parking in Telluride is sooo difficult. One suggestion is for the owner to consider replacing the master bedroom mattress as it's gotten a bit springy and creaky. Overall, great condo that we plan to rent again!

My experience with Accommodations in Telluride was great. Communicating with Erin was super easy. The condo was great. It's expensive, but I realize we were in Telluride for the holidays. We definitely will be back next year.

The Fall Line was an excellent location for my family and I to experience Telluride. We have been to Telluride numerous times and this was one of our best visits. Everything is within walking distance and the assortment of activities is endless. We went up to bridal Veil waterfall and ate gourmet meals in town, as well as awesome shopping and just relaxing by the river. Our accommodations were perfect and the management company is very customer service friendly. We will be returning.

Hello! I loved this place. All you needed was yourself, your family, and your luggage. You provided everything! More anemities than in my home here in Chicago! It was the perfect amount of space for my grandmother. I could put her in the room next to the bathroom because she needs to be close to a bathroom. There was a full kitchen so I could cook and perserve food :) The balcony was private, relaxing yet beautiful. I loved the whole experience.
