Open concept living awaits in this slope side family condo. The living area is warm and welcoming with soft carpeting underfoot and a plush sofa and easy chair on which to relax. Put your feet up in the evenings and unwind with a movie on the flatscreen TV or enjoy views over the snowy landscape from the wall of windows located in the living room. The living room flows easily into the kitchen, between which there is also a wet bar for ease of enjoying drinks and snacks. The full kitchen boasts granite countertops, black appliances, and high-quality wooden cabinets. All the cookware and tableware needed for preparing meals is on hand. Pull a stool up to the kitchen peninsula, where there s seating for two. For meals enjoyed as a family or group, the adjacent dining table offers ample room for six to gather around.

It s easy for this condo to accommodate multiple friends or family members, with two private bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a spacious king bed with a log frame that gives a mountain feel to the space. The en suite master bathroom has been recently remodeled. This condo s second bathroom has also recently been updated. The second bedroom can be arranged with either a split king bed or two twins, based upon request. Large windows in this bedroom look out over the snowy landscape, and there s plenty of room for unpacking in the spacious dresser. For additional sleeping arrangements, the couch in the living room can be opened up into a queen sofa sleeper.

This downtown condo offers easy access to the ski slopes, as well as the onsite perks of a hot tub and swimming pool during summer months. The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
