Description

This beautifully remodeled condo is fully furnished and fully dialed in, with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, fresh linens and towels, and updated appliances, lighting, sound systems, and furnishings throughout. Translation: you can unpack, exhale, and start vacationing immediately.
The primary suite is your private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, generous closet space, and windows that frame the end of the valley while overlooking the San Miguel River. The en suite bathroom ups the indulgence factor with a standalone soaking tub and separate shower perfect after a long day on the trails or slopes.
The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, with a beautifully finished natural-stone bathroom just steps away in the hallway.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area is made for gathering whether that s family game night, apr s-ski lounging, or movie marathons by the fireplace on the large flat-screen TV. The leather sofa pulls out into a sleeper, and yes those legendary views steal the show from the living room, too. Many say it s the most sought-after view in Telluride, and once you re here, you ll see why.
Off-street parking for one vehicle per unit is included, and the Riverside Condos put you right in the middle of the action. The Bear Creek Trail is literally steps away, fly fishing is accessible right out the back door, and the free Gondola is just around the block. Ski access is a short stroll down the River Trail to Lift 8 and the Telluride Gondola station.
Telluride itself? It s no ordinary mountain town. Nestled in a dramatic box canyon (one way in, one way out and you won t want to leave), it s surrounded by steep forested peaks, sheer cliffs, and waterfalls straight out of a fantasy film. Within 29 days of arrival (after final payment posts): Same process applies, with a 10% cancellation fee on total lodging costs.

This condo was great! Updated, comforatable beds, very nice kitchen, and that view!!! Pond, beaver house, ducks, mountains, and a waterfall! The location was ideal -- close to restaurants, trails, and the gondola -- you could easily walk to everything. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Best location and truly an amazing view- NO OBSTRUCTIONS to the view! This Riverside condo is located in the perfect place in the town of Telluride if you like a quieter, nature feel. It's on the ground floor facing "the beaver pond" at the far end of town where there is no shortage of wildlife to watch from your patio, from the couch or even your master-bedroom. You do have 2 small flights of steps to go down from the parking lot to the door. The parking lot is very strict for residents only, so our fear of "what if there is no spot" never happened. The unit is only a a couple blocks walk to all of the best restaurants in town + food market while still giving you the peaceful setting near the river and not being in the middle of town. Keep in mind, as for privacy, the beaver pond is walked daily by everyone so people WILL be walking by your place many times and can see in- but this never bothered us at all. While the unit it labeled Riverside, and yes it is about 25 feet from the river off to the left, you are not facing the river, you are facing the beaver pond which we loved even more!!!!! The unit itself offers heating (no AC, but does have a few fans in the closets), has a wonderful full size washer & dryer inside the closet of the 2nd bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with all your appliance needs- coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster oven, pots and pans, and spices. It does not have a pizza cutter, ice-cream scoop or any hangers wiht clips for pants so if you need those, bring them :) Bathrooms are wonderful and fully equipped with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash and the master tub is a dream! Heated floors in bathrooms are nice but def recommend bringing flip flops or slippers as the floors are still quite cold in the rest of the unit in spring as late as early June. The only con for us were the people above our unit- the floors are thin so you will hear them walking and if they have children... it can be quite loud. The staff were amazing, so responsive and helpful- we had one issue where the screen door was not on the slider and within 24 hours they came over with a temporary solution for us during our stay so we could still have the doors open and let the cool spring air in! Nicest people ever and very attentive! Will absolutely come back!

Everything was perfect. Location was great, and communication was even better. The only hiccup was the condo complex hot tub jets were not working but we still enjoyed. We will definitely recommend to others and will stay here again.

This property was just perfect! Super comfy, more than well stocked, and centrally located. We barely used our rental car while there, as everything was within easy walking distance. The home itself was beautiful and had tons of comforts, including heated floors and a gas-burning fireplace. We cooked most of our meals while there and the well-stocked kitchen made that so easy and low stress! I would highly recommend.

Accommodations in Telluride was great to work with. Everything was automated and detailed perfectly. We had no issues accessing the unit and had everything we needed right from the get go. There was never a reason to reach out to the management company as all answers were well laid out pre and post arrival. And the welcome kit was a very nice touch. We will certainly look to book our next trip to Telluride directly with Accommodations in Telluride and save on the fees charged through VRBO. Thanks Again! Rich and family

We’ve been coming to Telluride at least once a year since our daughter moved here in 2011. Riverside is one of my favorite locations. Being on the other side of the river, it is much quieter and feels like you’re outside of town, yet you’re steps away from restaurants and shops. The Buena Vista unit has the prettiest view of the beaver pond and mountains. There is a trail just off the patio where people walk by to take pictures. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

The view is amazing! Great place for 2 couples. Customer service was so good! The unit lost internet and cable the day of arrival and Katja went above and beyond getting us a hot spot so we still had WiFi access. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, at this rental, from the finishings to the toiletries. No detail was missed, in this unit - fully appointed kitchen, lots of condiments/staples provided, and a nice little welcome bag. Lots of pillows (firm and soft), for all of the beds, as well as extra throw blankets. Full dispensers of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom, as well as other nice toiletries, at the sinks, with multiple hair dryers. The view out the back slider was amazing, as well as the location, in general. We walked everywhere, and my son was even able to sled, right out the back patio, in the big snow pile. The management company was prompt with any questions I had, and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this unit, again.

The view from the condo is amazing!! I was a little surprised when it was in the basement and the only condo on that level. The view was worth it! It is easier to come in the back door after a day of skiing so you do not have to do the stairs! The condo was well stocked- plenty of sheets and blankets, dishes, towels. The condo had the basics for cooking in the kitchen also- flour, sugar, spices, syrup, ketchup etc! All those little things are a huge help! The heated floors are a nice touch. The condo was nice and warm. My only complaint was storage. Most of the closets are locked for the owners. For example in the master bedroom- there were 4 closets and three were locked. The one available one had extra sheets and towels in it. There was not much room for our items. Even with that being said- we loved the condo and Telluride. We usually stay in Mtn Village but I would stay here again! Thank you for a great week! This condo is an excellent choice!

This may be the the very best place I have ever stayed in. Clean, quiet, comfortable, roomy, well equipped. We had four in our group, but six would be fine in this 2-bed/2 bath + fold out couch. Gas stove was good for night time heat. But the view and trail access out the back door are the real selling points. Well worth it!

We had two couples stay in this condo. The view from the living room is hard to beat. The condo had everything we needed in terms of comfort (eg. heated tiles in the bathrooms and the kitchen, humidify control, entertainment systems). This condo was completely renovated at some point in the past. Every amenity is modern. The tile work in the bathrooms is high end, as well as the kitchen appliances. The showers are outstanding. There is more than enough space for two couples. The condo is right next to the "community" hottub. Note that the master bedroom has adjustable posturepedic king size mattress. Are there a few things we would like to see change? As any other condo, yes. But those are minor. Kitchen needs new non-stick pans. TV could be replaced with a bigger screen (I think the current one is either 48" or 55" - the new standard is at least 60", and that living room could easily accommodate a 70" TV). The closet space in the bedrooms is lacking to some extent. The smaller bedroom has a closet with the washer/dryer, and most of the space is already occupied with linen. The master bedroom only has one closet available to guests (all the other ones are locked). We would absolutely rent this condo again should we come back for another skiing trip. It's a 5 minute walk to downtown area, and about 6-7 minutes (in ski boots) to the downtown gondola that takes you up the mountain. In general, we loved this condo, and highly recommend it.

The team at Accommodations Telluride are great! Very responsive. Very helpful. The unit at B 01 is good , conveniently located. Has some good features but needs a little love in the way of maintenance . The owners need to make more closet space available to the guests too. Other than that, it’s great!

We really loved the condo - the space was perfect for us, the modern renovations, well equipped kitchen, ample towels, and especially the location close to restaurants and gondola, and best of all the glorious view of Beaver Pond and the mountains. We would absolutely rent this condo again. A couple of suggestions: - please provide information on how to work the technology throughout the condo. No instructions for the TV's, sound systems, how to operate the thermostats for heated floors, etc. We had a sound system problem, but we were provided assistance very quickly which was greatly appreciated -The 2 windows in the MBR facing the Pond did not work properly. Once opened, they could not be closed unless you went outside to push the windows shut. Thank you!

Riverside is an excellent place to stay. It's located only 2 or 3 blocks from the Gondola and very close to restaurants, bars and shopping. It's hard to imagine a more perfect location in Telluride. The apartment was very nice too. The people at Accommodations Telluride were extremely helpful. Highest recommendation.

We had a great stay at this unit in mid June! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. There was ample room for our family of 4 and the view of the pond and surrounding mountains is stunning. The beds and other furniture were comfortable. The owners have done a nice job with the lighting, which brightens up this garden unit. The rental agent was very prompt in addressing a couple minor concerns. We would stay again!

The management group for this property, Telluride Accomodations were a readily available, very responsive and helpful. The unit itself is very attractive, nice beds, comfy couches, well equipped kitchen and really nice bathrooms. It was a short walk to the lifts and town. The view from the window is gorgeous and the complex was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay.

B01 - Buena Vista at Riverside, was the perfect place to stay for our small family of 3. Well appointed and finished, close to downtown, a short walk to the Gondola for skiing, and "ski-out" once you know where to find the shortcut on your way back down the mountain! Kitchen - everything you could reasonably expect in a rental. Bathrooms - beautifully designed. Heated floors! The only suggestion I would make would be to have a few more hooks for towels, especially near the sinks. Bedrooms - super comfy beds (love the Tempurpedic in the master - just like home); room darkening drapes, and a very comfy, quiet environment. Amenities: sonos! Apple TV! Radiant heat! All nice touches that add up to a very comfortable week-long stay.

Suggestions (not a criticisms):
- It would be nice to have a TV in the second bedroom
- The heavy drapes in the living room detract from the spectacular view - it would be nice if they were easier to pull back so they are out of the way.

This condo was everything we expected and more! The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed.
The master bath has an amazing deep soaker tub and a heated towel rack.
The view is spectacular of the mountains and pond. Overall we were very happy!

Lee and Bobbie -- The Queen family had a great stay in Buena Vista! We loved the views of Ajax, the quality of the unit, being close to the river trail and town, and how easy the Vacation in Telluride team made our stay (particularly when our arrival was delayed two days and you worked to graciously extend our stay two days). We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We loved the condo which had a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location on Bear Pond with a patio and small yard was great for all, especially the kids. We were coming and going with bikes and could just pull right up to the condo. The Bear Creek trailhead, the main street for shopping etc., the free gondola and great restaurants were walking distance, and being adjacent to the San Miguel River and River Trail was lovely and convenient.

The top notch appliances, heated flooring, extremely comfortable beds are wonderful but are secondary to the amazing view from the patio over the beaver pond looking at the waterfall. Right at the base of Bear Creek Trailhead. Easy stroll to main drag and back after a long night. Perfect condo!

The Buena Vista at Riverside is a VERY nice place to stay. The kitchen is modern and has all the bells and whistles. The bathrooms are luxurious. The master bed is extremely comfortable. The entertainment system is highly technical, but easier to connect to. Its location is great - very close to the gondola and shops/restaurants.
Overall I would definitely recommend this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.
