In addition to all that this condo has to offer, the Boomerang Lodge also boasts additional shared living spaces. The building s lobby area has a large gas fireplace to warm your toes after a day on the slopes and an outdoor deck perfect for soaking in more of Telluride s great outdoors!

Telluride sits in a box canyon, not your average mountain town. That means there is only one way in and one way out (not that you will want to leave!). Steep forested mountains and cliffs surround it, with waterfalls right out of a fantasy film at the head of the canyon. Numerous weathered ruins of old mining operations dot the hillsides like relics from the wild past. Go explore!

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.

More than 60 days prior to arrival: No penalty for cancellation.

Within 60 days of arrival: We will re-list the property and try to re-rent it. If successful, we will refund the first payment minus a 10% processing fee of the first payment amount.

Within 29 days of arrival after the final payment posts: The same process applies, but the 10% cancellation fee will apply to the total lodging costs.

Consistent with other reviews, the unit is older but overall met our needs. Limited closet space. Check-in and check-out was easy. Plenty of electrical outlets. The proximity to walk to the main street with restaurants, shops and the gondola to Mountain Village was excellent. Although the unit seemed older and worn, the unit was clean with plenty of linens. Newer appliances, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee pot were a plus. We had a small maintenance repair to a kitchen cupboard and the managers promptly responded to fix. The beds and couch were comfortable. Since we were coming from the Midwest, we used the provided portable humidifiers which really helped us adapt to the dry mountain air. Suggest adding room darkening blinds to the upstairs skylight as that room, as the bedroom became very bright once the sun came up.

It was a pleasure staying at the lodge. I don't think I could've gotten a better experience anywhere else. I don't have any feedback regarding how things could be improved...Maybe upgrade the televisions in the bedrooms? Everything I needed was included and it was a perfect place to stay.

Granted Boomerang Lodge itself is fairly dated, this unit does have an updated kitchen (though the microwave oven handle is broken) and the living space is roomy and very comfortable. The sleeping areas make efficient use of their respective rooms, not wasting space where it’s not needed. The bathrooms do show their age though. Intangible items that make this place better than others in its price range include available indoor garage parking and convenient proximity to both the supermarket and galloping goose town shuttle. The complex also has a very nice indoor common area, akin to a hotel lobby. This affords additional socialization opportunities if multiple families in your party rent the other units in your building. This is my 8th summer visiting Telluride and while this wasn’t the plushest condo I’ve rented, I’d definitely stay here again.

We really liked the size of the unit. It was great for the four of us. The beds were comfortable. We did have some issues with the unit however. Second floor toilet did not have much pressure when flushing. The bedroom upstairs was warm. We could not open windows and the sky light had to be closed when raining. The bedroom on the first floor did not have closet space because it was full of blankets, pillows and other stuff. Perhaps removing the big chair from that bedroom and replacing it with a cabinet would free up closet space. It would be great to have a little more outdoor lighting so we could see the bears knocking down the garbage bins at night. That was a great sight but hard to see them as well as would have liked. Other then that we did like the place and we would stay there again if we returned.

The condo was spacious, clean and nice. We had plenty of room to spread out and we were walking distance to everything. The meeting area was nice to have also.

The condo was clean and the provisions were fine. It could use a little TLC: strip over carpet seam was sticking up and very sharp, light bulb burned out in the kitchen, some basic kitchen items not available including cake pan and glass measuring cup.

Best value accommodations for the $. Spacious place, close to chairlift 7, underground heated parking, cable tv and internet, full kitchen, clean, etc.. would stay there again.

Very nice roomy condo in a great location. The common area is very nice, too. We asked that the twin beds be made into a king bed which they did but it was not as long as a king. My husband is tall and his feet hung over the edge and he was not comfortable. The left sink was stopped up when we got there.

Pros: Great location. 4 minute walk to chair 7. 2 minute walk to Clarks. 1 minute walk to shuttle stops. Large living space - plenty of couch/sitting space; great TVs; lots of windows for lighting. Awesome rental company staff; responsive when needed. Good size kitchen. Minor Cons: None of these were a big issue. Knives could be better (not a big issue) More hangers (not a big issue) Small closet space Washer/dryer combo takes a long time for laundry Threshold between lower bedroom and bathroom had sharp edges; be careful Garage opener is right under the lower bedroom. Despite almost no guests in the building, it was often used, and you do hear it in the lower bedroom; sometimes at 7am. We would stay here again.

Kitchen and living area were nice and generally in good condition. However, could use some new pots and pans. Bedrooms were small but adequate. Property was close to town and next to food market which was very convenient. Overall, property met our needs and was a good value.

Good proximity to the coonskin lift and extra parking at shandoka lot. large kitchen/living area and well equipped kitchen for hosting people and meals. Perfect for Two couples or a family. Nice garage access and ski locker too.

We loved Boomerang 5 and were very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Accomodations in Telluride. The condo itself is very well-situated in the heart of Telluride just a short walk to everything, but most conveniently to Clark's Market, one of the main grocery stores in town--just one block away. It was great to have garage parking as it seems that parking can be difficult in Telluride. The layout of the condo is very nice with an open kitchen and a living room that allows all to very comfortably watch films and shows on the room's tv screen. The condo has everything it should by way of kitchen items, etc. The upstairs bedroom has a nice opening skylight which allows for it to be cool in the evening. The outdoor hot tub is a nice feature which we used twice while at the complex. We did have a bit of difficulty with the washer/dryer combined unit which did better at washing than drying. The folks at Accomodations in Telluride were very accomodating, allowing us to use the separate washer/dryer machines in a neighboring, unoccupied condo. Overall, a very positive experience that we would repeat if we are every in Telluride again.
